Sketch I did a few days ago. Been too busy cleaning and doing other things. Hopefully when things calm down in the next few days...

I also broke down and decided to get rid of a lot of my older artwork which I no longer care for. Thus comes my shredder:

I see this more as a purge - to move on to better things - and better work. :)

BITCHES I'M (sorta) BACK.

Work for the last 2 weeks slaughtered me. It seems that things are slowing down so hopefully I'll start updating often. But not tomorrow -  as I'm going to a wedding of my one of oldest (we knew each other for more than 25 years?!?!) friend.

Been struggling with this one all day so took a break... by watching the first Harry Potter movie. My, those kids grow up so fast!

This week is going to be crazy since the school year is about to start. Still hoping to keep sketching daily.

I've been struggling with alot of the art/comics recently.

Like this one... I don't know... something about rubs me the wrong way. Here's hoping I get over this slump SOON.

I also been passing out on my living room floor the past few days too. I'm pretty sure that's not helping.

Comic-wise, I've been writing down ideas again. Very slowly. Looking forward to doing comics again!

Bonus: Here is my baby! My cheap poster paints! Good for doing rough paintings and not feeling bad afterwards.

My Windsor & Newton watercolor travel case is hiding there in the corner. Can you believe I had this for 18 years now and it still works great(and that make me incredibly old)?

Work in progress! The colors for this didn't come out well in the photo. Will scan once done. I'M IN THE ZONE!!!

Also, for those questioning my visible gut, it's (good) food and booze that's my culprit! And that pesky NYC Restaurant Week (now extended until September). Just look at this:

This lovely lunch was provided by the fig & olive restaurant in the Meatpacking district. My tummy deserved this!

Short day at work and had time to kill so I sketched. I haven't sketched seriously in 6 months so I'm a bit rusty.

Took the photo with my new phone - and edited it a bit through a Photoshop app. Wow, phones these days can do anything.
